Professor assistant at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”, Department of Nuclear Power Plants and Thermal Physics Engineering. Master degree in Nuclear Power Engineering (National Technical University of Ukraine “Kiev Polytechnic Institute”). Director of the LLC “Engineering Technologies & Developments”. Participated in more than 7 projects in area of NPP safety assessment, RAW management and development of regulatory norms and rules on nuclear and radiation safety sponsored by EU and US in Ukraine and Armenia. 21 years of the professional experience after obtaining the Diploma Engineer qualification; more than 20 years of international experience gained in the positions of expert, team leader, the project administration in general, general project management, organization of teamwork; project planning and management experience. Published 1 book on NPP severe accidents for educational purposes. Has a long-lasting experience in the development of probabilistic safety assessments, design and beyond design basis analyses and analytical justification of emergency procedures. His area of interest is nuclear energy, safety assessment, radioactive waste and accident management, etc. Giving lectures on “Methods of analysis of safety and reliability of NPPs” and “Accidents and safety systems at NPP” and “Non-steady processes at NPPs”.
